This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, highly professional covert surveillance training team. The successful candidate will deliver specialist expertise that enables delivery of a range of surveillance tactics and accreditation to police officers and staff from a variety law enforcement and partner agencies involved in covert operations.
There will be an expectation for the candidate to deliver this specialist training alongside competency-based assessment standards. The candidate will be required to conduct regular student tutorials and maintain detailed records of their training delivery. You will also be required to offer guidance and support on the delivery of surveillance courses/ training to maintain quality approval standards. There will be an expectation for the candidates to maintain their own professional development and occupational competence.
On appointment there will be a requirement to successfully pass the Q12 Trainers Pathway accreditation at the earliest opportunity.
