This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will deliver high-quality administrative support, handling a broad range of office duties and supporting colleagues across the organisation.

 You will bring relevant administrative experience, including accurate data entry, record-checking, and maintaining well-organised filing systems and databases.

 Key responsibilities include:

 Maintaining and updating a variety of records and information systems (both manual and electronic), including those relating to:

  • Ensuring all data is accurately recorded and uploaded to internal systems in a timely manner
  • Responding to and reporting building maintenance issues and IT faults across locations
  • Supporting internal office moves when required
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes and voicemail systems, ensuring messages are reviewed, prioritised, actioned on and forwarded appropriately
  • Maintaining effective tracking systems to ensure timely follow-up of queries and actions
  • Supporting financial processes, including transactions, record-keeping, and adherence to procedures. 

 You will have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, along with fast and accurate typing abilities.
