We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner – Reward
Working within the Resourcing & Reward Team in the HR Department your role will work closely with Senior Management teams to design, implement and monitor reward and recognition programmes with a focus on attracting and retaining talent in line with our Police People Strategy here at South Wales Police.
The Role:
- Develop, deliver and promote reward and recognition programmes.
- Job Evaluation/Salary benchmarking/Market Supplements
- National Pay Policies
- Financial Wellbeing initiatives
- Wider Reward and benefit projects
- Procurement and supplier management
- Develop, propose and implement an approved project/business plan
- Effectively engage with internal and external customers at all levels
Your Experience:
- Must have Level 7 diploma in Human Resource Management (or related field) or have relevant HR & Reward experience
- You will have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering reward and recognition strategies.
- Must demonstrate HR experience relevant to this specialism including job evaluation, variable pay and compensation, equal pay audits/pay gap analysis, financial wellbeing.
