Job Title: MBS Functional Analyst

Salary: The starting salary is £53,459 which includes allowances totalling £2,928.

The salary is broken down as £50,531 basic salary, which will increase annually until you reach the top of the scale £55,103 Plus, a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.

The MBS Functional Analyst role sits within the Products Team, managing core solutions across HR, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and AI. It’s a varied, dynamic role offering exposure to multiple systems and processes, with the chance to develop broad expertise and progress toward becoming a subject matter expert. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support delivery of projects and change requests across multiple business systems. 
  • Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. 
  • Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Assist in solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Provide user support and training where required. 
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. 
  • Assist in evaluating third-party solutions and integration options. 
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
