An exciting position has arisen within our corporate services department Continuous Improvement and Demand team, who are responsible for the management of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across South Wales Police. We are looking for someone with the skills, experience and enthusiasm to undertake this new role and make positive changes for our communities and our staff.
This role will commence in July 2026 and continue for a fixed term period of 6 months.

Qualification Criteria
To be eligible you must possess a Level 3 qualification in a continuous improvement, project management or relevant subject or have relevant work experience that can be evidenced in one the areas mentioned.

Shortlisting for this vacancy will take place on 16th and 17th February 2026.
Interviews for this vacancy will take place on either 16th or 17th March 2026.
