This post will focus on delivery of the College of Policing Driver Training Learning & Development Programme across defined geographic areas, as well as specific/targeted training for groups of staff.
Successful applicants will be required to design and deliver training and development interventions in order to ensure that the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviour of police officers, staff and other members of the force meet the requirements of the force and priorities.
Skills include previous emergency response driving experience or ADI qualifications.
Successful candidates will be invited to attend a selection process to include assessment drives and deliver a short presentation followed by a Structured Interview process using the Competency Value Framework (CVF) Level 1.
These will be held at a date to be confirmed and structured using the Competency Value Framework Level 1 and The College of Policing Police Driving, National Policing Curriculum.
