As part of the team working in the Operational Support Division, you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of Resource Deployment to our officers and staff.
Key Responsibilities -
- To optimise the availability of operational resources on behalf of Senior Management.
- To provide guidance and contribute to the development of policy and a consistent approach to the management of work schedules and resources across Divisions / Department ensuring compliance with the Working Time Regulations 1998.
- Management of risk relating to resourcing issues.
- Forecasting options around minimising costs and maximising resource availability.
This role will be Monday-Friday 0800-1600.
